Objectives:
The primary objectives of School/University Miss India pageant focus on youth, empowerment, academic integration, and leadership development:
Discover and Showcase Talent: Highlight the multifaceted abilities, intellect, and creativity of university women across various academic disciplines.
•Empower Beyond Beauty: Combine physical grace with purpose, leadership assessment, and intellectual discourse.
•Build Community Networks: Connect students across different Indian states and union territories to foster cultural exchange and diversity on campus.
•Bridge Education and Opportunities: Provide professional training, public speaking masterclasses, personal branding, and career or modeling pathways.
•Promote Social Impact: Encourage contestants to present community-driven social awareness projects and address real-world social challenges.
•National and Global Representation: Prepare state and regional finalists for national platforms and international representation like World Miss University.
Pageant Structure
Registration & Online Auditions:
To participate in School/University Miss India Pageant-Participants can register online/offline by filling out a simple form and paying a nominal entry fee. Online auditions are conducted via video submissions or live interviews with S/UMI jury.
City Auditions (Offline):
Selected contestants are invited to city-level auditions held across India’s major educational hubs. Participants undergo preliminary rounds including introduction, ramp walk, and talent showcase.
National Finale:
Top finalists from each city audition are selected for the Grand Finale.
Training: 07-day residential training program include:
Grooming & Personality development sessions
Modeling Photoshoot
Ramp walk, Choreography, Fitness, Makeup, Styling, Communication & Media training Talent, Question-Answer, and Social Awareness Programme.
The Finale:
The finale culminates in crowning School/University Miss India, with titles for Runner Ups and sub-contests like Miss Talent, Miss Beautiful Smile, Miss Photogenic, and more
Prizes & Opportunities:
School/University Miss India winner gets honored with -Crown, Contract prizes, Scholarships/Gift hampers/Brand Ambassador/Representation at International pageants. Coach, Brand Ambassador, or Social Change Leader/Khadi and Silk Brand Ambassador / Tourism Ambassador etc.
